Youth Development Specialist

Conduct mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaborate with teachers to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, fostering a nurturing, diverse culture focused on making a lasting impact on students' lives while supporting professional development.
