Job Summary
Mentor and support K-12 residential school students by providing youth development oversight through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Design and deliver development programs that promote academic, social, and emotional growth, reinforce positive behavior, and connect students with available resources. The role operates within Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning department to foster a nurturing, inclusive environment and to support students’ holistic growth while enabling professional growth for the incumbent.
