Youth Development Specialist focused on mentoring students and supporting academic, social, and emotional growth through small-group facilitation, collaboration with teachers and staff, and program design/delivery that promotes positive behavior and connects students with resources. Works within Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning department to design development programs for a K-12 residential school community and contribute to a nurturing, diverse culture while enabling professional growth for staff and students.
