Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. Work within a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential school environment to foster a nurturing, diverse culture.
