Youth Development Specialist

Conduct mentoring, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution dedicated to nurturing a diverse culture and making lasting impacts on students' lives.
