Youth Development Specialist

Mentor and support Milton Hershey School students in a residential school setting by providing youth development through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources to support their academic, social, and emotional growth; work within a nurturing, diverse culture to make a lasting impact on students’ lives while growing professionally.
