Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and mentor students while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, making a lasting impact on students' lives while fostering professional development.
