Youth Development Specialist

Conduct small-group facilitation and mentoring to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs that promote positive behavior while collaborating with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade.
