Youth Development Specialist

Conduct mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaborate with teachers to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. This position resides within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution known for its nurturing, diverse culture.
