Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students and support their academic, social, and emotional growth at Milton Hershey School. Facilitate small-group activities, collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with available resources. Work within a residential school environment to foster student growth and well-being, while contributing to a nurturing, diverse campus culture.
