Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Connect students with resources and collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. This role resides within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution known for its nurturing, diverse culture.
