Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students to support academic, social, and emotional growth; facilitate small-group sessions; collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver development programs; promote positive behavior; connect students with resources to support their growth and success. Role is in Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning department and focuses on mentoring, program design/delivery, and cross-team collaboration to foster student development.
