Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while working within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture and making a lasting impact on students' lives through professional growth opportunities.
