Youth Development Specialist

Youth Development Specialist at Milton Hershey School will mentor students and facilitate small groups while collaborating with teachers and staff to design and deliver development programs that promote academic, social, and emotional growth. The role supports students’ growth, helps foster positive behavior, connects students with resources, and contributes to a nurturing, diverse school culture. On-site at Davenport, FL, the Specialist partners with educators to implement development activities and provide ongoing student support within a residential pre-K–12 setting.
