Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and provide mentoring while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources and assist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment, offering a nurturing, diverse culture where you can make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
