Youth Development Specialist

Deliver development programs and facilitate small groups to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor students, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect learners with resources. Design curriculum that fosters a nurturing, diverse culture within the residential pre-K through 12th grade setting. This role focuses on making a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally within the Education, Training & E-Learning department.
