Youth Development Specialist

Conduct mentoring, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. Work within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School to foster a nurturing, diverse culture and make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
