Youth Development Specialist

Mentor and facilitate development programs for students in a residential school environment. Lead small-group sessions, collaborate with teachers and staff to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth, design and deliver development activities, promote positive behavior, and connect students with available resources. This role operates within Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning department to foster a nurturing, diverse culture and make a lasting impact on students’ lives while growing professionally.
