Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff to foster their overall development. Work within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, to contribute to a nurturing, diverse culture that prioritizes lasting impact on students' lives and professional growth.
