Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students through academic, social, and emotional growth; facilitate small-group sessions; collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver development programs; promote positive behavior; and connect students with appropriate resources. This role supports students’ growth within Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning efforts and contributes to a nurturing, diverse school culture.
