Youth Development Specialist

Conduct small-group facilitation and mentoring to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance student outcomes within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, where candidates make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
