Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups, mentor students, and collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on making a lasting impact on students' lives through a nurturing, diverse culture.
