Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students and facilitate small groups to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources through collaboration with teachers and staff. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
