Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students and facilitate small groups to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive student support. This role resides within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution dedicated to a nurturing, diverse culture.
