Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups, mentor youth, and collaborate with teachers to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on mentoring and program delivery for a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential school environment.
