Youth Development Specialist

Mentor and facilitate student development by delivering development programs, mentoring students, leading small-group sessions, and collaborating with teachers and staff to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver programs that promote positive behavior and connect students with available resources within Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning department. The role focuses on nurturing growth, supporting learning, and contributing to a nurturing, diverse school culture while enabling professional development for the specialist.
