Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students and facilitate learning by supporting academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Help design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with available resources. Work within Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning framework to foster student growth and collaborate with a nurturing, diverse team to positively impact students’ lives while growing professionally.
