Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. This role is part of the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution dedicated to nurturing a diverse culture and making a lasting impact on students' lives.
