Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students and support their academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Help design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources to help them succeed academically and personally. Works within Milton Hershey School’s residential setting to foster a nurturing, diverse culture and contribute to students’ ongoing growth and wellbeing.
