Youth Development Specialist responsible for mentoring students, facilitating small groups, and collaborating with teachers and staff to design and deliver development programs. Supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth; promotes positive behavior; connects students with resources; and fosters a nurturing, diverse culture within a residential pre-K–12 setting. Core activities include mentoring, facilitating activities, coordinating with educators, and contributing to programs that advance student growth and well-being.
