Youth Development Specialist

Youth Development Specialist supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. The role helps design and deliver development programs, promotes positive behavior, and connects students with resources to support their growth within Milton Hershey School’s residential K-12 environment. This position is housed in the Education, Training & E-Learning department and emphasizes mentoring, program design and collaboration to foster student development and well-being.
