Youth Development Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions and deliver development programs focused on students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department to support student development. This role supports students in a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment at Milton Hershey School, fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while enabling professional growth.
