Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students and facilitate small groups to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement these initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade, where candidates can make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
