Youth Development Specialist

Mentor and support Milton Hershey School students by facilitating mentoring sessions and small-group activities, collaborating with teachers and staff, and helping design and deliver development programs that promote academic, social, and emotional growth. The Specialist supports positive behavior, connects students with available resources, and contributes to a nurturing, diverse school culture while growing professionally.
