Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff. This role focuses on the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, to help students make a lasting impact on their lives while growing professionally within a nurturing, diverse culture.
