Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, offering a cost-free residential environment for pre-K through 12th grade students.
