Youth Development Specialist

Conduct mentoring and small-group facilitation to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate with teachers and staff across the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade, where the team focuses on making a lasting impact on students' lives while fostering professional development.
