Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, fostering a nurturing, diverse culture focused on making a lasting impact on students' lives while enabling professional growth.
