Youth Development Specialist

Mentor and support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Designs and delivers development programs, promotes positive behavior, and connects students with resources to foster student well-being. The role is housed within Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning department and contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture while enabling professional growth.
