Youth Development Specialist

Mentor and support students at Milton Hershey School by designing and delivering development programs, facilitating small groups, and collaborating with teachers and staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Responsibilities include mentoring students, facilitating group activities, promoting positive behavior, and connecting students with available resources to support their development and well-being. The role involves partnership with educators to foster a nurturing, diverse school culture and opportunities for professional growth within the Education, Training & E-Learning department.
