Youth Development Specialist

Conduct daily mentoring and small-group facilitation to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade, fostering a nurturing, diverse culture focused on lasting impact and professional development.
