Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and provide direct mentoring while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources and assist in training and e-learning initiatives. This role is part of the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
