Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small-group sessions and collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources while mentoring within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture and making a lasting impact on students' lives through direct engagement in residential pre-K through 12th grade programming.
