Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs focused on students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and provide mentoring to promote positive behavior. Collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. Support the Education, Training & E-Learning department within Milton Hershey School's cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment.
