Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups, mentor students, and collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources and assist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on creating a nurturing, diverse culture while making a lasting impact on students' lives through direct engagement and professional growth opportunities.
