Youth Development Specialist

Conduct mentoring and facilitate small groups to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect students with resources. Work within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
