Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small-group sessions and provide direct mentoring to promote positive behavior. Collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
