Youth Development Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and positive behavior promotion. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. Work within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School to foster a nurturing, diverse culture that promotes lasting impact on students' lives.
