Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while making a lasting impact on students' lives at the cost-free Milton Hershey School.
