Youth Development Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor youth, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution. Contribute to a nurturing, diverse culture focused on making a lasting impact on students' lives while advancing professional skills.
